Let’s Talk Bananas

The smoothie waits, an unfinished thought.

Berries swirl, their tart edges sharp, a chorus of flavors without harmony.

Yogurt folds in, thick but cold, a ghost of richness that never quite settles.

The blender stirs, restless, unsatisfied.

And then… banana.

Soft weight, quiet gold.

It falls into the storm, and suddenly, there’s balance.

Sweetness without effort, smoothness without struggle.

It binds the sharp to the soft, the bitter to the bright, whispering to every other ingredient: stay, blend, belong.

The blades spin faster; the chaos becomes silk.

The smoothie is whole now because the banana knew how to hold everything together.

It knew.

The banana fucking rules.
